Review
After finishing Nemesis, I felt like I couldn't wait until this book was released, so as soon as my copy arrived, I had to dive right in, and I loved the ending to this series. Now that Tarik and Sepora know the truth about each other, and have formed an alliance, they agree to marry. Both are doing so for the good of their respective kingdoms, for the political alliance, but their own feelings make it easier. However, because of the secrets they were keeping, they both don't fully know if they can trust their feelings. Sepora, in particular, doesn't want to forge any more spectorium, but she will if she has to, and the spread of the Quiet Plague is still ongoing. Tarik got on my nerves a little bit, and I felt like his character growth was less so than that of Sepora, but I did still really enjoy the book. I felt as though everything I needed to be answered, was in this book, and the finale was just how I wanted the series to end. All in all, a fantastic book!
